At Gaby's Delights, we want to inform our customers about the possible presence of allergens in our bakery products. Our offerings may contain peanuts, tree nuts, soy, dairy, eggs, and wheat. While we take necessary precautions to minimize cross-contamination by rigorously implementing cleaning, sanitizing, and separation of preparation areas, cooking processes, and storage of baked goods that contain these allergens, we cannot guarantee that our products are completely safe for people with peanuts, tree nuts, soy, milk, egg or wheat allergies.

We strive to identify ingredients that may cause allergic reactions although we have protocols in place to avoid cross contamination. However, it is important to note that there is always a risk of contamination, as we cannot guarantee the complete absence of these allergens in shared equipment used for food preparation, washing and sanitizing. For an absolute guarantee, we recommend considering an allergy-free bakery.
The Client is aware and understands the risks and agrees to notify all of its guests of this risk.
Customer understands that Gaby's Delights is not an allergy-free bakery, customers with food allergies should be aware of this potential risk. Gaby's Delights will not accept any responsibility for adverse reactions caused by the consumption of our products or by contact with elements associated with their consumption.
